Seville Estate Shiraz 2020 pfalz Paxton’s vineyards comprise of sixDeep dark red black tinged colour with a dark red hue. The nose serves up aromas of red plum and red liquorice infused with clove followed by some vanillin cedar and peppered meat notes. The elegant, mid weighted palate features a savoury flavour profile of red plum and red liquorice fruits over a subtle clove, dried meat, black olive and peppered herb back drop. Fine grained tannins with a refined and peppery medium to long conclusion.
