Paolo Scavino Barolo 'Carobric' DOCG 2017 otago once owned by philosopher MontesquieuThe Carobric has a nice deep color and is complex and aromatic on the nose (red fruit, flowers, light earthy, spicy, animated and a touch of leather). Nice intense taste with pleasant tannins and acids, nice structure with a long finish. Our advice: leave this wine alone for a few years and then enjoy this wonderful barolo even more.
