Xo Wine Co Vino Bianco Cortese 2023 parra-jimenez stands out by the finesseMade from Cortese grapes sourced from a single vineyard in Ashton in the Adelaide Hills. Our Vino Bianco is a crisp, aromatic white wine with creamy texture and pristine minerality. Handpicked and whole bunch pressed with 50% of the parcel going directly to two year old French oak Demi Muid for fermentation while the remaining 50% was fermented in stainless steel. Lees stirring for a 6 month period helped create a creamy texture before being bottled.
