Michel Couvreur Candid Malt (Peaty) 49% 700ml Size::1 Bottle The dosage is 12 gms/LOn the nose there is an attack of vanilla caramel that one would not necessarily expect on PX. Then we go into a world already more standard to expectations. Sweet spices (cinnamon and ginger), dried fruits with grapes, nuts, some citrus peels. We find a malty and slightly grassy side, then we find a buttery tone. All this being perfectly surrounded by a present but subtle oily peat. A saline side also emerges.
